🇺🇦 Helping Ukraine: We’re So Proud of Our Colleagues
This week our teammates successfully updated suUkraina.lt to a new version that is integrated with Contentful.
We are so proud to share the work our Lithuanian colleagues have done to assist those in Ukraine. Last year Adapt LT built suUkraina.lt, a user and accessibility-focused FAQ platform designed to answer questions about donating, participating, and preparing as a citizen in the context of the Ukraine war crisis.
More than anything, this site is a guide for Ukrainian refugees in Lithuania to access help, education, housing, financial support, and more.
This week our teammates successfully updated suUkraina.lt to a new version that is integrated with Contentful. With the help of Adapt USA, Contentful agreed to partner on this project and granted a premium tier membership for free.
This integration is helpful for many reasons, especially because Contentful is a composable platform. suUkraina.lt used to be limited by the previous CMS, but Contentful has allowed for incredible new capabilities, including:
- Proper multilanguage features (LT, EN, UA)
- Updated UA guide sections with the latest information
- Bug fixes and improvements
- Content updates
- Improved SEO
All of these updates mean we can now reach more people to engage them in helping Ukraine, and we can help even more refugees find valuable information easily.
So what's next? Upcoming improvements include:
- Site-wide search functionality
-Step-by-step guides and FAQ filtering to provide a more accessible experience
- UX and content improvements
- Merging with other existing solutions
The amount of coordination and effort it took to get to this point can’t be understated. We are so proud of our Adapt LT colleagues for leading this and want to give a massive shout-out to Contentful for partnering with us on this incredible resource.
